On April 25, more than two dozen Dallas restaurants will converge on Centennial Hall at Fair Park for Iron Fork, a foodie extravaganza with seemingly endless food samples, beer/wine/cocktail tastings and a live chef competition that will pit two Dallasites against one another in real time. We just got a peek at this year’s lineup (with more to come), and it may be one of the best Iron Fork rosters yet:

If you have yet to snag tickets to this year’s event, you’d better do it soon. Right now, tickets for general admission are $35 and VIP are $65. On Friday, March 16, those prices increase to $45 and $75. If you’re on the fence about which to buy, keep in mind that VIP tickets get you into the event an hour early (gotta beat those lines, baby) and include complimentary valet before 6:30 p.m.
